We don't have a physical store for the rental bikes to view, but we do have a few pickup and drop-off locations for our electric bike rentals and are located conveniently in Draper, Sandy, and Park City.
Most bikers pick up the ebike rentals at our Draper location (13053 S. Minuteman Dr. Draper, UT, 84020) Don't be alarmed if you see a storage property on Google. We have an office space at this location. Park in the parking lot and come into the office and we will assist you with your bike rental.
If you have decided to extend your ebike ride rental for longer than what you paid, message us to see if extending it is a possibility with your equipment.
Riders using bike rentals under 18 are required by law in Utah to wear a helmet. One is provided with your rental.
No, you will not need to charge the ebike back up to full when you return it. However, if you wish to you are more than welcome to do so!
Bikes like to sleep indoors, just like people. If you're staying in a hotel, check with the bellhop, concierge, or reception to find out if you can take your bike to your room or if they want to keep it in their luggage room. Keeping the bike indoors overnight is the best way to avoid potential damage or theft of the rental bike.
You are. We'll provide you with the tools and knowledge needed to keep the bike safe but it's up to you to return everything we give you.
Yes, but please call ahead of time to verify our availability! We can deliver or pick up the bikes anywhere within the Salt Lake City area for an additional fee of $45 each way.
You probably won't. But if you do, stop riding immediately and find the nearest bike shop and have them fix it. The repair should cost around $12-$15 including labor, and be sure to get a receipt. If you need some directions, please give us a call.
